About the Role

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our manufacturing plant, building teams that align with our strategic priorities and company culture.

Our Team

This role will collaborate with functional leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment process, including headcount analysis and recruitment strategy development for Molding and Assembly areas.
  • Analysis and projection of headcount to inform recruitment strategies and drive business results.
  • Metrics review and analysis of attraction and hiring trends to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • On-site recruitment planning and execution, including attending job fairs and building relationships with universities and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership and coordination of recruitment teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and implementation of recruitment processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality management systems.
  • Development of a culture that promotes the 5S guidelines and contributes to the fulfillment of the company's philosophy.
  • Frequent communication with internal stakeholders to understand needs and develop strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Human Resources, or Labor Relations.
  • Strong experience in recruitment activities, including on-site recruitment and event planning.
  • Self-directed and able to analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in HR document creation and process implementation.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Experience in coordinating groups and leading activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform headcount analysis and recruitment projections.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience collaborating with universities and building strategic relationships to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships across the company to drive collaboration and business results.
