Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in Mexico. As an Operations Americas Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, suppliers, and tour operators.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Requests: Respond promptly to general requests from clients and tour operators, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Issue Tracking: Monitor and track escalated issues, keeping clients informed through regular updates.
- Information Research: Utilize available resources to respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Supplier Communication: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and hotels, addressing queries and clarifications promptly.
- Post-Trip Support: Provide offline support to customers, addressing post-trip requests through our tools.
- Emergency Management: Manage emergency situations effectively, responding promptly to phone and email inquiries.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in tourism or customer service.
- Negotiation Skills: Possess negotiation abilities, with a patient and customer-oriented approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive listening attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on efficient problem-solving.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $40,000 - $60,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
