About the Role
As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalate customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong goal-orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
