Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage order-related activities for distributors, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain daily usage of the Customer 360 tool to optimize performance.

• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve customer credit requests.

• Facilitate effective information flow to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental expectations.

• Analyze and resolve high-pressure situations, demonstrating diligence to detail and critical thinking skills.

• Constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies to achieve positive outcomes.

• Prioritize customer demand to optimize product flow and improve customer satisfaction.

• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic account management goals.

• Conduct back order and backlog analysis to inform business decisions.

• Ensure safe working conditions and maintain a clean working environment in compliance with Eaton's safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 1 year of customer interaction or support experience.

• Strong knowledge of CRM software and SAP or VISTA.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to speak, read, listen, and write in English.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
