Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to lead the talent and culture strategy for our Mexico Operations facility.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, directing, planning, and executing people initiatives that enable the organization to meet its business objectives. This includes leading an on-site HR team, building strong relationships with associates and union leadership, and driving positive employee relations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement talent management processes, including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations of the onsite Human Resources Team and provide strategic leadership guidance and mentoring.
  3. Build organizational capability through ownership of succession planning, high-potential associate identification, and developmental assignments.
  4. Develop and coordinate human resources-related modules within the strategic planning process to ensure future initiatives align with human capital and executive capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/labour relations, or psychology, with postgraduate training in human resources or management preferred.
  • Minimum five years' experience in Human Resources, with emphasis on business partnership, operational excellence, and culture transformation in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical skills, with demonstrated problem analysis and resolution, consultative HR partnership, accountability, and ownership.
  • Bilingual: Spanish & English required.
