We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Tijuana, Baja California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including maquila industry leaders, chamber of commerce representatives, and architects and designers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFI
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement commercial strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Advanced English language skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
