About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Stryker Corporation as a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our directors, managers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to directors, managers, and employees on HR-related matters, including talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and apply this knowledge to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with directors, managers, and employees.
