At Factorial HR, we're looking for a seasoned Team Lead to spearhead our French Customer Experience team and contribute to the company's growth.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead a dedicated team of 8-10 Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement of set targets.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored strategies to drive business growth.
  • Participate in developing and implementing robust recruitment and retention strategies with the Area and Talent teams to build high-performing teams.
  • Design, evaluate, and execute innovative strategies and tactics to maximize customer retention, foster upselling opportunities, and amplify revenue.
  • Drive motivation within the team by providing consistent and constructive feedback and fostering hands-on leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to enhance product development, customer experience, and sales strategies.


Requirements


  • Fluent French speaker and proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing customer-oriented individual contributors, ideally in a Customer Experience team, with a track record of driving customer retention and upselling.
  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, less corporate startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of the company and share improvement points.
