Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People & Culture SubDirector to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partner
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives.
- HR Policy and Program Development
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Leadership Coaching
- Provide guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- HR Metrics and Analytics
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop recommendations for senior management.
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of HR professionals to collaborate effectively with others and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience as a People & Culture / HR Manager in an international company and at a corporate level.
- Extensive background in HR Strategic planning, Organizational development, Employee Engagement, Talent & Performance Management, Labor relations, Employee benefits, Compensation, Employment practices, Regulation, and training.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, strong Persuasion Skills, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Solutions Oriented.
- At ease with Change and VUCA environment.
- Advanced English Level (fluent or native).
- Experience in the automotive sector is a plus but not mandatory.
