Job Title: Head of People and Culture

We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing P&C strategies that align with our company goals. Your expertise will help shape our culture, people programs, structures, and processes, ensuring we continue to grow and develop as a world-class organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute P&C strategies that contribute to our company's long-term growth and people development.
  • Partner with our leadership team to provide insights and recommendations on P&C issues.
  • Drive cultural initiatives that foster employee engagement and retention, creating a sense of connection and belonging.
  • Lead the evolution of our Employee Onboarding Process to ensure it reflects our company's spirit and culture.
  • Manage US payroll and administer benefits for our US employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR or similar certifications are preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture leadership roles.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, influencing distributed teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US and Latam.

You'll be responsible for leading our P&C team and developing strategies that align with our company goals. Your expertise will help shape our culture, people programs, structures, and processes, ensuring we continue to grow and develop as a world-class organization.
