- Provide personalized support to owners, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with owners, using Standard Operating Procedures as a guide.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide expert advice to owners.
- Contribute to the development of training programs to enhance the skills of colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Vacation Ownership Advisor.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
This role requires a neat, professional appearance and a people-oriented personality. Ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
