This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Marriott Vacations Worldwide owners, ensuring a seamless vacation experience.

About the Job:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and correspondence from owners in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Represent Marriott Vacations Worldwide as an expert in all aspects of the company's product, usage, and resort information.
  • Develop proactive responses to owner issues based on trend analysis and identification of root cause.
  • Initiate projects that support the elimination of complaints.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personalized support to owners, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Maintain accurate records of interactions with owners, using Standard Operating Procedures as a guide.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide expert advice to owners.
  5. Contribute to the development of training programs to enhance the skills of colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Vacation Ownership Advisor.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Working Conditions:

This role requires a neat, professional appearance and a people-oriented personality. Ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
