Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist customers with our online sign-up process, analyze customer complaints and provide resolutions, verify IDs and sensitive patient information, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, phone service preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 60+ words per minute
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet various deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills required
