The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the Change Request & Change Control Board governance programs. This includes scheduling and planning the weekly Configuration Change Board, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking and reporting progress, and ensuring adherence to CCB policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT or Human Resources, with 3-5+ years of experience in configuration management. They will also have a detailed understanding of HR business processes, IT, and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), as well as experience in implementing governance processes in a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and plan the weekly Configuration Change Board

- Own the CCB process within ServiceNow
- Own dashboards and reporting of CCB metrics and scorecards
Requirements:

- 3-5+ years of experience in configuration management
- Global large-scale systems implementation and project management experience
- Experience in implementing governance processes in a large organization
- Detailed understanding of HR business processes, IT, and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
