Job DescriptionThe Service Operations Excellence Specialist will play a key role in implementing, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the performance of end-to-end business processes and supporting systems in Mexico City. This individual will support the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and Maintenance operations management team in the frontline.
- Responsible for using and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas.
- Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.
- Support Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers in setting and following-up targets according to Field Operations Management Model.
- Train Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers in usage of maintenance tools and processes.
- Responsible for route optimization, capacity planning, maintenance profile optimization in the Field Operation.
- Identify and collect potential improvement ideas and contribute to the future development plans of global methods.
- Hands-on support to new deployments, the implementation, utilization, and constant improvement of the KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools to become part of daily operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, or similar area.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge in statistics programs or software's.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 MXN per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
