We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our Ria team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support, resolving queries and ensuring seamless transactions. As part of our dedicated team, you will work closely with accounting to reconcile refunds and maintain accurate data records.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and correct inaccurately processed transactions;
- Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds for cancelled transactions;
- Maintain accurate records and data;
**Requirements**
We require candidates with a minimum of high school or college education, as well as relevant work experience in customer services or a call center position. Desired skills include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer is essential.
**Compensation & Benefits**
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $350,000 pesos per annum, taking into account the current market rate for this role in Queretaro, Mexico.
