About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Training Specialist to join our Medical Communications team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design, schedule, and deliver training courses and content for all staff members, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and our organization.
  • Conduct Product or Disease State Training: Provide training on specific products or disease states as required, ensuring that staff members have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor Training Efficiency: Track and analyze training trends, assess changes in employee performance, and modify training programs to improve outcomes.
  • Integrate Training with Clients: Liaise with clients, department management, and staff to ensure that training programs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain Program Documentation: Ensure that all training program documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and in audit-ready status.
  • Evaluate Quality Trends: Analyze quality trends across the program, provide feedback to management, and develop continuous improvement initiatives to address gaps and trends.
  • Support Program-Related Audits: Assist with department projects and provide support for program-related audits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience providing training and quality assurance services, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Comprehensive understanding of applicable health regulations, strong knowledge of drugs and drug information, ability to perform call/document review, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
