Job Summary:

Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Representative to provide expert support to customers and the Bunge Oils sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the best way to support customers' requests, identifying their needs, and assisting them in the application of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and the Bunge Oils sales organization via personal visits, telephone, and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Act as a connection to One Bunge, providing technical training to the Bunge Oils sales force.
  • Manage BOM master data, including SAP, Sales Force, SRM, and other platforms.
  • Conduct functional trials with customers, suppliers, and tolling partners to validate product performance.
  • Improve Bunge's operations and products through innovation projects and functional applications trials.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including value proposals for process improvements.
  • Support BLC and tolling facilities in processes, formulations, and supplies of raw materials.
  • Tolling support for development, implementation, and production of Bunge products.
  • Lead the entire process of new product creation, from formulation to delivery.
  • Analyze information related to this area, including management systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Tableau.
  • Develop knowledge of regulatory affairs globally and locally.
  • Participate in marketing activities, such as events to promote and know products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Bakery Science.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a Technical Service Representative or equivalent.
  • Intelligent, friendly, collaborative, and hard-working individual.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Proven results in high-performance teams achieving common goals.
  • Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment and team.
  • Domestic and international travel, estimated 35% overnight.
  • General understanding of food production processes.
  • Proven ability to recognize and understand new trends in the food industry and final consumer products market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

Full-time position, typically 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime hours required.
