HR Administrator Role at Alstom

Alstom, a leading provider of sustainable mobility solutions, is seeking an HR Administrator to join its team in Queretaro, MX. As a key member of the HR Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional HR services to our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve HR service requests from employees, managers, and HR business partners in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update systems, including payroll, and create documents as required.
  • Escalate non-standard requests to specialist teams for action.
  • Support a range of HR functions and have responsibility for a geographic cluster of countries.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for processing requests and maintain accurate records.
