Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services, providing exceptional support to our business stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance our overall IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve IT incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
- Collaborate with our managed services partners to ensure they meet our expectations and provide high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, ensuring they are current and accurate, and provide training and education to our team members as needed.
- Engage with business partners to understand their needs and provide proactive support to ensure our IT systems and services meet their requirements.
- Participate in vendor management activities, including meetings, resource staffing, and service delivery, to ensure our vendors meet our expectations.
- Assure compliance with security policies and procedures, including vulnerability remediation, patching, and server rebooting.
- Perform quarterly access reviews, submit identity management requests, and manage Service Now CMDB.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises to ensure our business continuity plans are up-to-date and effective.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, vendor management, and people management.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools, such as Qualys.
- Understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Now platform capabilities.
- Finance management experience is a plus.
- Client-server legacy architecture knowledge and Oracle, Teradata database skills are required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in ambiguous situations.
