About the Role:

This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager and is part of the Electrification Distribution Solutions Team at ABB Schweiz AG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy within the Mexican market scope to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations.
  • Define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Sales organization to achieve sales targets through high performance.
  • Anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance and take appropriate remedial actions.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation and allocating required resources.
  • Plan and execute customer surveys and act on survey results to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • Knowledge in medium voltage equipment such as breakers, current transformers, relays, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Previous experience with Project executions.
  • Knowledge of SAP and new informatic technologies.
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales of Electrical Business and Solutions.
  • Advanced English level.
