Customer Support Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our Clinical Service Desk team. This is a remote position based in Mexico, where you will be working as part of a 24/7 call center environment supporting our customers with a high level of professionalism and expertise.
About the Role:
This role involves handling inbound customer calls, tracking and documenting comments, and closing or escalating incident tickets in a timely manner. You will be responsible for driving resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk, reading text on computer screens for extended periods, and maintaining a quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time, and occasional lifting of equipment may be necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in service desk/helpdesk roles or an equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong typing and English language skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional listening capabilities.
