Hecsan Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Lead to oversee our sales team. This key role involves driving sales performance, managing individual and team productivity, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on best practices, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales processes.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement, training, and coaching programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the use of sales technology platforms, such as CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and increase sales revenue.

This role requires relocation to Hgo. at the start of employment. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
