Sales Strategy and Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to join our team in Mexico City. This role will play a critical part in driving Sales Strategy and Programs using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business performance to identify future roadblocks and develop strategic recommendations for GTM leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Sales Ops, to drive strategy and operations.
- Identify growth opportunities by regularly assessing business and KPIs.
- Conduct TAM/SAM analysis, Propensity Modeling, account tiering, market segmentation, pipeline analysis, and other strategic initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Sales Strategy. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in sales strategy or analytics, strong analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Requirements- Proficient in CRM and data analytics/modeling tools, with working knowledge of SQL.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, proven ability to lead multiple priorities, structure complex problems, and derive business insights/scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to optimally prioritize and deliver results in an impactful sales environment.
- Highly collaborative teammate who can independently work cross-functionally and build trusted peer relationships across the company.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and hybrid work arrangements.
