Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Development Manager for HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute medium to long-term sales strategies to ensure sustained growth in assigned segments.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Lead the development of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  6. Presentation of sales results and proposals to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
  3. Strong understanding of renewable energy and its applications.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position ranges between $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
