Senior Regional Director for Central America, Haiti, Mexico, Panama and Dominican Republic

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as Regional Director for Private Sector Development in Central America, Haiti, Mexico, Panama and Dominican Republic.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with governments and private sector clients to drive business development and growth.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to Country Representatives, supporting their operational responsibilities.
- Oversee regional business performance and work closely with Delivery Units to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with Country Representatives to shape country strategies and define priorities.
- Identify and promote synergies with IDB and IDB Lab to drive impact.
- Manage operational, human, capital, and budgetary resources at the regional level.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in banking or private sector development.
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and one of the Bank's official languages (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is required.
- No citizenship requirements.
