**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, filling, packaging, and maintaining equipment in the production department. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and following filling and packaging instructions
- Ensuring the correct packaging materials are available and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used as required
- Operating various types of equipment, such as fillers, labelers, and palletizers
- Performing quality control checks and documenting results
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a plant or warehouse environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a drug screen and physical exam
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, and decimals
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Ability to complete training and master new skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of Total Production Management (TPM) and Continuous Improvement Systems
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
