About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technology Associate Consultant to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise, you will play a critical role in delivering high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through blueprint, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
  2. Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
  3. Support team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
  4. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers.
  5. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
  6. Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working against deadlines.
  7. Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
  8. Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and engage in continuous professional learning of SAP products.
  9. Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
  10. Utilize strong time management and prioritization skills to achieve effective results.
  11. Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.
Requirements
  1. 1 year related work experience.
  2. Preference for completion of SAP course or project work through academics.
  3. Ability to work as a team player yet can work independently.
  4. Analytical, results-driven, and have a solution-oriented approach.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
  6. Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills.
  8. Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.
Preferred Skills
  1. Preference for working knowledge (installing) of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux).
  2. Technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus.
  3. Preference for knowledge/experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking.
  4. Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred.
