Job Summary

Vishay Intertechnology Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and distributors, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus.
