Job Description

This key position involves:

  • Attracting and acquiring top talent based on job descriptions for each area, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Providing exceptional service and follow-up to internal clients to fill vacancies efficiently, maintaining positive relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Selecting effective recruitment sources to publish vacancies and interview potential candidates, guiding them through the selection process.
  • Maintaining compliance with the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely updates and adaptations as required.
  • Managing the employee database and monitoring plant headcount to ensure accurate staffing levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection, demonstrating expertise in this area.
  • In-depth knowledge of Recruitment KPIs, allowing for data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working within large organizations (HC) with over 1,000 employees, showcasing ability to handle complex environments.
  • Familiarity with psychometric batteries and personnel administration, ensuring sound judgment in hiring processes.
  • Knowledge of mass and administrative recruitment personnel, enabling efficient management of recruitment resources.
  • Advanced conversational English skills, facilitating effective communication with international colleagues and stakeholders.
