Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the account team, acting as the voice of the customer and taking proactive steps to address their needs.
  • Develop account plans based on the brand strategy and execute tactics to achieve segment, opportunity, and barrier goals.
  • Execute account plans by identifying, analyzing, and interacting with stakeholder maps.
  • Ensure product availability by managing sell-in, sell-out, inventories, PCM, and DPM as a result of demand generation.
  • Provide advisory services, delivering clinical and economic evidence tailored to customer needs.
  • Play a key role in product launches and access, promoting clinical experience by supporting specific patients in public institutions.
  • Develop new markets and accounts in private and public institutions.
  • Understand, analyze, and execute sales force effectiveness KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Life science or similar degree.
  • Experience in SC therapeutics areas.
  • Scientific orientation.
  • Account leadership and management experience.
  • Participation in product launches.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Able to translate opportunities and barriers into action plans.
  • Fluency in English.
