We are seeking a highly skilled Service Leader to join our Subsea Safety Systems team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior personnel, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor junior personnel in areas of expertise, including Subsea Systems Service Specialists, Service Operators, and Operator Assistants.
- Oversee the activities of completions service and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements.
- Interact with customers to plan future work and ensure customer satisfaction and job performance data is gathered.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes.
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) procedures and regulations.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Possession of an IADC Well certificate is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Specialist III, including experience in field operations and management experience.
