Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales in a territory.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Effective and engaging communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in local language and business practices.
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
  • Negative drug test result(s).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using SEL products.
  • Utility and Industrial industry experience.
