The Sales Team Lead at Citi is a key role responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of sales professionals. The overall objective of this position is to ensure the seamless delivery of sales support services to Citi clients and to assist the team in meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, and disciplinary actions for team members
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts to increase revenue for the bank
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
- Provide exceptional client experience and meet specific metrics.

**Requirements**:

Previous relevant experience in financial sales, customer service, and management required
- Proficient computer skills and proactive leadership skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills

**Education**:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
