Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives at Equivity.
About the Role
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leverage your extensive experience in sales and cold calling to generate new leads and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth information flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments and timely communication with clients.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with the sales manager.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed information about Equivity's services and addressing any concerns.
- Regularly update and distribute sales-related information to keep the team well-informed and aligned.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in sales and cold calling.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.
- Proficient in handling constant inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Written and conversational English skills (100% fluency).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high sense of responsibility.
- Flexible availability to respond to inquiries during weekends.
What We Offer

- A competitive salary range of $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 pesos per month.
