• Manage and execute the payroll process for all Mexico-based employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored perks. • Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Offer guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits inquiries or issues. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or human resources. • Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management. • In-depth knowledge of Mexico payroll regulations, tax laws, labor laws, and employee benefits programs. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
