Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Cooper Standard. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal clients, capturing employee data, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and pre-payroll activities with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage employee data, including hires, terminations, changes, vacations, benefits, and general consultations.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to employees through various channels, including email and call center support.
  • Offer general information on HR-related matters, such as documents, letters, benefits, and data updates.
  • Maintain and update internal HR systems to ensure seamless functionality.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in HR/Labor activities, with experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Labor Law and ability to apply it in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with TRESS System.
  • A results-driven focus and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain accurate records.
