Revenue Growth Sales Specialist for Luxury Resort

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Revenue Growth Sales Specialist to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group in Nayarit, Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and experience in the luxury hotel industry.

Job Description

As a Revenue Growth Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase bookings at our resort. You will work closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data reporting and effective communication with internal and external guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and respond to leads, preparing sales proposals and maintaining accounting expense systems
  • Set up site inspections and perform job functions with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and client information and pertinent hotel data
  • Work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team and support team members to reach common goals
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing background, luxury hotel brands preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of all departments and collaborative disposition to work with internal stakeholders
  • Computer skills, including accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Math skills, budgetary analysis capabilities, and attention to detail required

About Our Resort:

Our resort is located in Nayarit, Mexico, and offers 138 guest-rooms, suites, and villas with panoramic views. Guests can enjoy three bars and restaurants, three pools, a fitness center, and spa, drawing inspiration from the local, pre-historic culture of the region.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
