- Areas of Expertise: Communication, Process & IT, Analytics, Adoption of digital tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in software for data collection and presentation, Advanced Excel skills, Knowledge of statistical programming, Ability to make data-driven decisions, Ability to summarize and present data effectively, Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in data manipulation products and services.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated and highly engaged, Strong problem-solving skills, Passionate about digital technology, Ability to manage uncertainty, Critical thinking, Effective time management for projects and relationships.
- Internal Relations: Regional and country areas such as: Customer Experience, Operations, GES, Supply Chain, HR.
- External Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers supporting projects and commercial partners such as Neoris, Alation, and Snowflake.
