The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including performance management, billing, and financial analysis. You will work closely with senior management and clients to drive business growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will also be essential in interviewing and promoting Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts, while fostering a positive department culture.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you will need two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager in the BPO Industry, preferably in a customer experience environment. A BA/BS degree is preferred, and experience managing supervisors, coaching, and developing team members is essential.
**Compensation**
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
