Your Role: As a Dynamic Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to lead business development efforts and strengthen our presence in the US and LATAM markets.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new potential customers through proactive outreach and utilizing your sales expertise to generate interest and convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize each customer relationship's value, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service and support, leveraging team resources to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed established objectives.
  • Making effective presentations of logistics services to potential customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and rates with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  • Maintaining constant communication with customers to identify new opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Tracking logistics and transportation market trends to identify new areas of growth.

Minimum Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, transportation, and logistics-related fields.
  • Proficiency in CRM software related to logistics (a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
