Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities for our IT services and consulting solutions.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets and contribute to the achievement of overall sales team objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that could benefit from our IT services and consulting solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress through CRM software.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs, challenges, and goals.
- Presents and articulates the company's IT services and solutions, demonstrating value and addressing client-specific pain points.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to nurture prospects into opportunities.
- Sales Process Management
- Qualify inbound leads, ensuring that client needs align with the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Solution Architects to prepare proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Follow up with prospects to advance through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate with the delivery and consulting teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with the client's requirements.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, managed services, and IT consulting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and multitask effectively.
- A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
