Job Description:

Mercer Mexico is seeking candidates for the position of Talent Strategy and Employee Experience Senior Consultant to join our multi-disciplinary consulting team in Mexico City offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on talent management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement human resources consulting and advisory services to drive business results.
  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic workforce planning and talent development programs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in employee experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective HR transformation and change management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Organizational Management, or Psychology.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Law, or Political and Social Sciences.
  • At least 15 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on talent strategy and employee experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.
  • Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
