About the Role:

Mercer Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Consulting Team in Mexico City offices as a Talent Strategy and Employee Experience Senior Consultant.

What You Can Expect:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop innovative solutions to attract, develop, and retain top talents.
  • Play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their talent management strategies.
  • Lead large-size/complex projects and be accountable for project delivery, ensuring timely, quality, and budget compliance.
  • Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to clients, focusing on expanding business and client relationships.
  • Develop expertise in various practice areas, including Talent Development, Performing Organization, and People Engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities with clients and manage proposal processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Organization, Management, or Psychology.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Law, Political, or Social Sciences.
  • +15 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Talent Strategy, particularly in areas like talent assessment, performance management, learning, and development.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibilities and team leadership.
  • Proficient level of knowledge in at least 2 areas of Talent Strategy, including Talent & Development, Talent Strategy, Performing Organization, HR Assessments, Leadership, Culture, HR Analytics, HR Implementation & Transformation, EVP, Career Path, HR Strategy, TS Consulting, and Employee Engagement.
