We are currently seeking Billing and Statements Representatives to enhance our customer service department.

In this role, you will oversee billing inquiries while delivering exceptional customer support.

We are looking for candidates who are bilingual and possess customer service experience, ideally within banking, finance, payments, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage, process, and resolve billing inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging and high-pressure situations.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure effective communication and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in banking, finance, payments, or similar customer service sectors
  • Background in customer retention roles
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and a drive to achieve objectives.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for managing relationships.
  • Capability to foster lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
