Technical Account Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Advisor to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers, addressing their technical needs, and identifying opportunities for expanding our client database.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall ownership of the customer, ensuring their technical needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
- Produce and deliver monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports to customers, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Software as a Service (SaaS) policies and procedures.
- Manage escalations based on predefined criteria, including potential financial implications, SLA breaches, and significant impacts to customer business.
- Regularly connect with customers to review system health and open cases.
- Monitor and report consumption and adoption metrics.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify potential expansion opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong communication and escalation management skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud.
- Supply chain knowledge is an added advantage.
