Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding support, ensuring a seamless transition for employees
  • Developing and tracking KPIs to inform better decision-making
  • Administrative tasks related to temporary compensations and disciplinary policies
  • Supporting continuous improvement and process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Database management skills
  • Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in programming apps and development
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and knowledge of French or German
  • Current student in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
