Join Our Team as an HRBP Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HRBP Trainee program. As an HRBP Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our leaders and employees in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR tools and support to leaders to enhance employee experience through KPIs and follow-up.
  • Support the onboarding process, including PMP, job description, and onboarding grid.
  • Assist with the offboarding process, including resignation letters, checklists, and exit interviews.
  • Generate and track KPIs related to employee experience, including turnover, absenteeism, and low performance.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to temporary compensations and disciplinary policies.
Requirements:
  • Database management skills.
  • Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Basic programming skills and knowledge of programming apps.
Education and Language:
  • Last semester students in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
  • English written and verbal (min. 80%).
  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
