Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee experience through HR tools and KPIs
  • Onboarding follow-up, including PMP, job description, and onboarding grid
  • Offboarding process, including resignation letter, checklist, and technician exit interview
  • KPI generation and follow-up, including turnover, absenteeism, and low performance
  • Administrative activities for temporary compensations
  • Disciplinary policy follow-up
Qualifications and Skills
  • Database management
  • Support for Continuous Improvement
  • Faster development on programming apps and improvements

We're looking for last semester students in Psychology, Business administration, or related fields. Fluency in Spanish is required, and English is necessary with a minimum of 80% proficiency. Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
