Customer Service Analyst

LG Electronics LGEVR Ramos Arizpe is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers, managing sales and operation activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly requirements for sales and operation activities
  • Establish and maintain robust communication channels with customers
  • Facilitate sales and operation activity from LGE manufacturing plants to customer supply
  • Adjust break points for new materials based on availability and OEM requirements
  • Apply EWO results to material supply plans and provide contingency plans as needed
  • Issue purchase orders for production parts and provide S&OP solutions to OEMs
  • Manage shipment-related documents and adjust shipment plans based on material status and PPAP approval
  • Track and report results to management and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Organized and detail-focused with excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to problem-solve complex customer and supplier issues
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP, MRP, or WMS systems
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and OEM supply chain roles
