Territorial Executive Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Territorial Executive to drive sales success in our retail stores across Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with store teams, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide training and coaching to store teams to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure effective inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Conduct regular store visits to provide support, guidance, and feedback to store teams
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a retail setting, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store teams
- Results-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving business objectives
