Territorial Executive Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Territorial Executive to drive sales success in our retail stores across Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with store teams, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Provide training and coaching to store teams to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with store managers to ensure effective inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide support, guidance, and feedback to store teams

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a retail setting, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store teams
  • Results-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving business objectives
